It's been a while. But that's ok. Homecoming is in two days. I'm mega excited. This will be the first time I'll see Iris in over a month. Goddamn. Nymphetamine came out two days ago. I want to get that CD so bad. I just got swag in the mail for it, plus a bunch of Roadrunner sample CD's that I'll be passing out at school tomorrow. I also got Headbangers Ball 2 Tour flyer things. I'm getting pretty involved with the Road Crew. Iris just called *happy*.Man... Rush... I got an awesome Rush tapestry from my uncle the other day. Speaking of tapestries (decoration purposes) I'm seriously thinking of taking down all the magazine-cut-out pictures all over my walls and just leaving the big posters. I want my room to look nicer. Plus I need room for the pictures I've made that I'm gonna frame. That Rush tapestry is going right above my TV, just so all of you know. It's a picture of the cover art of Signals. I don't have much more to write about, so I think I'll be going now.

| Mood: | bored and lonely. | | Music: | Cradle of Filth - Serpent Tongue. |

I watched The Passion of the Christ last night. What a movie. I don't think I'm ever seen anything so... I don't know. The WHOLE movie is in Hebrew, and that definitely adds a touch to it. It's not exactly what I expected either. It only shows a very brief moment in time.
Anyway, onto less sensitive matters.
I copied all my PhotoShop documents onto a CD today, so if anyone wants to see them and has access to a PhotoShop program, you know what to do.
Other than that, no sudden changes.

I wonder about alot of things, and why things have to be a certain way.
Maybe I'm just over-reacting, or wanting too much.
Oh well.
This entry is really pointless.

This lady on here is funny as hell. She's talking about racist issues and she's being really funny about it.
She says we should attach the term "nigger" to something that everyone likes, like chips, or snack foods, meaning you would call them "nigger chips."
Then at parties, is you didn't have them, people would be like, "You don't have any niggers? You can't have a party without niggers!"
Yeah, I'm sure someone is offended by me saying nigger in my journal post. But I don't mean it offensively, and I'm not racist at all. In fact, I'm far from it. So, please, no one take that offensively.
But seriously, this lady is hilarious.
It's great.

I'm being taken back right now to the first months of 10th grade by Damnation and a Day. I haven't listened to some of these songs in a long time. That was when it all started for me. In August of 2003. Cradle of Filth came into my life at full speed, and they haven't let up since.
I'll be 16 in an hour and 54 minutes. I'm not really excited. That kind of worries me. Makes me feel uneasy. Oh well. Maybe it's cause there's no real change, and there won't be until January of next year when I start driving. I could be driving tomorrow. Damn. Whatever.
Mannequin. I never saw the entire video for this song. Kazaa messed up and I had to uninstall the program. Computers frustrate me. And yet I spend almost all of my time on them. I confuse myself sometimes.
And in those frozen moments won, From grief that creeps the wreathe the sun, In drapes inwove with deathshead wing, I thank God for the suffering.

The Storm of Chaos is getting close to the end. Things are getting good.
On another note, my birthday is tomorrow. I'm gonna be the big 1 - 6.
Hmm... that's about it.

For all of you who read the last entry, please know that what I wrote was in no way sexual ("Thank God I waited." It was well worth it.) I was referring to the fact that I waited to be with Iris instead of giving up.
Yeah so tomorrow is the first day of school. I'm a junior.
High school has gone by so fast. And yet there're still two years left. I feel old.
I'm gonna try to get a job at Hobbytown in Regency Square when I get my car and start driving. I hope they hire at 16. I can be a Warhammer nerd and walk around the store looking at Warhammer stuff all day. Like I'm not a Warhammer nerd already.
Heh.

Yesterday was great.
Iris, I love you, and I miss you.
We got to be bummy at my grandmas house. We went in the jacuzzi too. It was great. We didn't go out anywhere or do any sort of travelling other than going from my grandmas to my old house and from my grandmas to my current house. And we didn't even worry about looking good. She didn't wear alot of makeup and I didn't shave or do my hair. She let her hair do whatever it wanted, and it looks really good wavy.
I needed a day like yesterday. Days like that make me sit back and say to myself, "Thank God I waited." It was well worth it.

I love Rush so much now. I'm listening to them non-stop. I always liked them before, but after listening to them for a while and seeing them at the show, I have this newfound respect for them that surpasses my respect for any other band by far. Even my respect for Cradle of Filth, my favorite band, isn't quite enough to match up to my respect for Rush right now. There's something about this band that keeps me wanting more. They're so good at what they do.
This song is 20 minutes and 37 seconds long. that's what they do. They rock forever.
